Details of the Job/Internship

Bhatia Law Associates is hiring for the position of Non-Litigation (Real Estate Law) with 5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, including sale deeds, agreements, MOUs, and development agreements.
• Conducting real estate due diligence and title verification.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience (internships not considered).
• Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate immediately.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
