Details of the Job/Internship
Sidhhanth is hiring a full-time, on-site Notary Public responsible for certifying and managing legal documents related to real estate and general legal processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Notarize and certify a wide range of legal documents.
- Prepare, verify, and manage documentation for real-estate and legal workflows.
- Conduct legal research to ensure document compliance with applicable laws.
- Work closely with legal and operations teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage multiple document workflows with precision and accountability.
- Handle documentation related to family law matters where required.
Eligibility
- Certified Notary Public (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law preferred.
- Strong knowledge of notarial laws, legal documentation, and compliance.
- Experience in real estate–related documentation and family law processes.
- Excellent research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good understanding of local and national legal regulations.
