Their attorneys have played for the last 20 years, a significant role in creation and protection of many IP Intellectual property (such as trademarks copyrights and patents).
Details of the Job/Internship
Makhija and Associates is hiring Office Clerk to join their office in Thane.
Role and Responsibilities
- The candidate need to assist In house Lawyers & interacting confidently with clients, associates and other members of the team on a regular basis.
- Drafting letters and maintaining files & Providing assistance in Trademark filing, maintaining filing systems and formal work in relation to drafting and submission of documents.
Eligibility
- Graduates with good academics.
- Good in English language / good communication skills.
- Work experience as Trademark Paralegal preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, with analytical personality.
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Networking, Internet Email).Capable of handling emails and managing files efficiently.
- Capable of handling independent correspondence.
- Capable of handling deadlines.
- Capable of interacting confidently with clients, associates and other members of the team on a regular basis.
