Kirit P. Mehta School of Law (KPMSOL), NMIMS — Established in 2013 and approved by the Bar Council of India, KPMSOL is dedicated to providing quality legal education that balances professional skills with societal values.
Details of the MUN/Debate/Competition
The Online Article Writing Competition titled “Reimagining Justice: The Unseen Dimensions of Legal Aid in a Changing World” seeks to highlight the role of legal aid in ensuring equality and justice.
Participants are invited to explore themes such as:
- Access to Justice and Legal Aid.
- Human Rights and Social Justice.
- Digital Justice and Technology.
- Strengthening the Criminal Justice System through Legal Aid.
- Global Solidarity for Refugees, Migrants, and the Marginalized.
The competition aims to inspire critical thought and discourse around legal aid as a transformative force in society.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of Law or allied disciplines (Political Science, Sociology, Public Policy).
- Research Scholars and Academicians (LL.M., M.Phil., Ph.D.).
- Individual or team participation (max. 2 members); inter-college teams allowed.
