The India Contract Act, of 1872, encompasses a complex array of principles and doctrines that form the backbone of contractual relationships and transactions in India. Its provisions have been interpreted and reinterpreted over the years through countless landmark judgments, creating a vast and layered body of jurisprudence.

Details of the Job/Internship

The Arbitration Digest is inviting law students to intern with them at their office remotely. The internship spans 1-2 months, based on performance, with a chance for outstanding candidates to secure a permanent position with the project.

Role and Responsibilities

Interns will:

• Analyze landmark judgments.
• Compile research notes under guidance.
• Engage in discussions to refine their understanding.

Eligibility

Open to law students enrolled in recognized undergraduate or postgraduate programs in India.
