The Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR) is India’s first non-governmental research organization focused on Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). Operating under the Naovina Development of Intellectual Property and Research Foundation, a registered NGO, CDIPR is committed to promoting and protecting IPRs in India, creating a supportive environment for innovation and creativity.

Details of the Job/Internship

The Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR) is inviting law students to intern with them at their office virtually for 1 or 2 months, they can choose between a one-month or two-month program based on their availability and academic schedule.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Depth Research: Engage in diverse research projects covering a variety of legal topics, with a particular emphasis on Intellectual Property Law.  
• Analyze Case Law: Review and interpret relevant case law to extract valuable insights and enhance our knowledge base.  
• Support Ongoing Initiatives: Contribute to current IP Law research efforts, providing meaningful legal analyses and participating in scholarly projects.

Eligibility

• Law students currently enrolled in a 5-year B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., B.Sc. LL.B. or a 3-year LL.B. program are eligible.
• Students from any university or college approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
