Details of the Job/Internship
Trundl is hiring for the position of Operations Associate - Contracts with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support clients in aligning with legal, compliance, and risk management best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders; schedule and lead regular check-ins for transactional updates and escalations.
- Lead or support bid management processes — including drafting, formatting, and customizing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Develop proposal documentation, including bid plans, schedules, and kickoff materials in line with client expectations.
- Track contract expiration timelines and proactively manage renewal planning.
- Refine and update contract templates based on feedback and evolving client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current workflows.
- Independently manage workstreams and contribute to team-level prioritization and delivery.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational efficien
Eligibility
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal roles involving contract drafting, technical/legal writing, and/or bid management.
- Solid understanding of contract law, risk, compliance, and basic commercial contracting principles.
- Prior experience handling contracts in a corporate legal or in-house setting preferred.
- Familiarity with contract structures, key legal terms, and compliance obligations.
Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of legal documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- High emotional intelligence and maturity to work with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
