Role and Responsibilities
- Patient Experience Ownership: Take full responsibility for the patient experience during all live sessions.
- Sessions Management: Manage the leave calendar for in-house session coaches, ensuring seamless session continuity by arranging replacements as needed.
- Daily Task Coordination: Follow up with session coaches on their daily tasks, ensuring all preparations and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Freelance Coach Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all freelance coaches, coordinating schedules, and ensuring they are aligned with our standards and expectations.
- Session Audits: Conduct regular audits of live sessions according to our SOPs to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
- Feedback Collection: Engage with patients to gather feedback on sessions, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Assist patients with any technical difficulties encountered while joining live sessions, ensuring a smooth and accessible experience.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Proactively identify and implement initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of live sessions, incorporating innovative practices and feedback from patients and coaches.
Eligibility
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to manage in-house and freelance personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with patients, coaches, and team members.
- Proven ability to manage projects and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care and service excellence.
- Technical proficiency with common digital communication tools and platforms, like Zoom and Google Meet
