Details of the Job/Internship

Garg Law Chambers is hiring an Operations/Compliance Executive with relevant experience to join their office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SEBI and IEPF regulations.
• Manage and maintain legal and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and companies/RTAs.
• Assist in compliance processes and regulatory filings.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Support operational and back-office compliance activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• NISM certification (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in compliance, back-office operations, or KYC analysis (preferred).

Salary/Stipend
