Details of the Job/Internship
The firm is offering a Paid Assessment Internship for candidates passionate about Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting Insolvency Professionals in ongoing matters.
- Supporting CoC/SCC meetings.
- Drafting notices, applications, and other legal documents.
- Assisting in claim verification and process documentation.
- Conducting legal and procedural research in IBC matters.
Eligibility
- Open to Law, CA, and CS candidates.
- Prior experience or academic exposure in IBC is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CIRP, Liquidation, PPIRP, or PG cases preferred.
- Minimum commitment of 6 months; preference for long-term interns.
