They make sure that every project we work on is fun, including creating NFT collections. Filter You is an AR VR Company that creates amazing products and is proudly created with a group of diverse people.
Details of the Job/Internship
Filter You is inviting law students to intern with them at their Bengaluru office located in Karnataka. Candidate must be located in Bengaluru (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah). This is a paid internship for 4 months. Working hours for this internship will be from 12:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on a variety of topics, including contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, and data privacy.
- Document Drafting: Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, policies, and memos.
- Compliance Management: Support the company's compliance efforts by researching and analyzing relevant laws and regulations.
- Legal Analysis: Analyse legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal issues.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to various legal projects and initiatives as needed.
Eligibility
- Pursuing a law degree or equivalent.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal research databases and tools.
- Prior experience in a legal internship or related field.
- Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property law, and/or data privacy law.
