HYPEDIN is inviting law students to join their team for Legal and Compliance internship in their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on cases and statutes to support current projects.
• Document Drafting: Assist in drafting a range of legal documents, such as contracts and memoranda, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Case Support: Contribute to case preparation by organizing and managing legal documents to streamline workflows.
• Document Analysis: Analyze legal documents and summarize key points, presenting insights for review by the legal team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team on various projects, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
• Regulatory Updates: Monitor and report on changes in relevant laws and regulations to keep the team informed.
• File Management: Maintain and organize legal files and databases for efficient document retrieval.
• Client Communication: Draft professional correspondence and support client interactions as needed.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing an accredited law degree.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
