Role and Responsibilities
The Legal Intern will be responsible for legal research, consulting and analysing legal issues, preparing, and reviewing legal documents. The Legal Intern will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to assist other team members in communication and other tasks.
Eligibility
- Comprehensive understanding of Contract and proposal creation/changes.
- Understanding of Indian/US law and legality.
- Experience or Degree in IP LAW (Desirable).
- Ability to research and analyse legal matters.
- Experience in legal consulting and document preparation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant field is preferred.
