JSS Pro is a full-time service law firm, that came into being in 2003, bearing its roots from J S Sundaram & Co., founded in 1982. They offer a range of services, including productivity, operational strategies, risk advisory, global tax strategies, legal and regulatory strategies, organizational structure, corporate finance/M&A, implementation, integrated virtual operations, recruitment and HR operations.

Details of the Job/Internship

JSS Pro is inviting law students to intern with them.

• Qualification: Law Students (4th & 5th year Law students)
• Mode: Onsite, Hyderabad 
• Duration: From October 15, 2023, they will be able to discuss availability.
• Stipend: Paid

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate should have a good understanding of Contract Law, Company Law, Labor Laws, FEMA, and other regulatory matters, Insurance Law, and Income Tax Law.
• The candidate should able be to do research on different questions related to transactional assistance and write articles about the topics they've looked into.
• The candidate should be responsible for providing Legal Opinions and Advisory services in the areas of company law (i.e. mergers, acquisitions and demergers, insolvency, investments, and incorporation of companies).
• The candidate should possess proficiency in the drafting and analysis of a wide range of contractual documents, agreements, memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, notices, etc.
• The Candidate should be proficient in drafting and vetting agreements, lease deeds, vendor contracts, advertising agreements, branding agreements, MOUs, non-disclosure agreements, indemnity bonds, etc
• The Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication abilities. 

Salary/Stipend

The stipend will be discussed with the Intern itself.
