Details of the Job/Internship

Metalbook is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist in conducting comprehensive investigations, identify problems, and present solutions.
2. Assist in researching internal platforms and processes to identify any compliance and legal oversights and potential liabilities/shortfalls in compliance(s).
3. Report to seniors and collaborate with internal teams to handle legal requirements and present solutions to resolve the same.
4. Provide regular reports and updates on legal and compliance status to senior management and team lead.
5. Assist in reviewing and drafting legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
6. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and summarize and present findings on the same to the team lead.
7. Work on compliance alignment and perform other work-related duties as required.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 10,000- Rs. 15,000
