Details of the Job/Internship
This paid legal internship opportunity with Advocate Tanishq Sirohi in New Delhi provides a unique chance to gain practical experience in various facets of law. You will have the opportunity to appear before various courts, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, NCDRC, SCDRC, CERC, MACT, CAT, and District Courts of Delhi NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents such as pleadings, petitions, and contracts.
- Attend court hearings and proceedings to observe and assist in case management.
- Provide support in client meetings and consultations, and assist in case analysis and strategy discussions.
- Conduct legal analysis and prepare case summaries and reports.
- Assist in preparing and organizing case files and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case management and client representation.
- Gain exposure to various areas of law including Medical Negligence, Electricity Laws, Administrative Laws, Criminal Laws, Property Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes, Motor Accident Claims, and Consumer Disputes.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a recognized law degree program or recent law graduate.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required.
