Details of the Job/Internship

Arbour Investments is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Andheri East, Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and internal policies. 
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, investment regulations, and compliance matters. 
• Support the legal team in due diligence processes for investment transactions. 
• Help manage corporate filings and maintain legal documentation and records. 
• Liaise with external legal advisors on various legal matters.
• Assist in ensuring company compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. 
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting notes. 
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the legal team. 

Eligibility

Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent), preferably in the penultimate or final year of study.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation will be decided during the interviews.
