Team Lawssistance comprises lawyers who are dedicated towards provisions of services including without limitation drafting and reviewing of various investment contracts, commercial contracts, media and entertainment contracts as well as wills. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Lawssistance is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

Legal Research, Content Writing, and assisting in drafting Agreements and Memos.

Eligibility

• Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and interest in Corporate Law.
• Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline.
