Details of the Job/Internship

Clause Cracker is hiring a Legal Intern with strong drafting and civil litigation skills for a remote, 6-month internship focused on the preparation and filing of a civil suit. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft plaints, written statements, affidavits, and applications for a civil suit.
• Conduct legal research using Manupatra, SCC Online, and Indian Kanoon.
• Organize documents for court filings and ensure procedural compliance.
• Review and edit legal drafts for accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain case files and prepare summaries.
• Coordinate court-related activities and manage suit-related tasks.
• Proactively address challenges in the preparation or filing of the civil suit.

Eligibility

• Law graduate or currently enrolled in a recognized LLB program.
• Strong understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
• Proficient in legal drafting and research.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior civil litigation experience and knowledge of Telangana court procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

₹2,500 per month.
