Details of the Job/Internship
Clause Cracker is hiring a Legal Intern with strong drafting and civil litigation skills for a remote, 6-month internship focused on the preparation and filing of a civil suit.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft plaints, written statements, affidavits, and applications for a civil suit.
- Conduct legal research using Manupatra, SCC Online, and Indian Kanoon.
- Organize documents for court filings and ensure procedural compliance.
- Review and edit legal drafts for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain case files and prepare summaries.
- Coordinate court-related activities and manage suit-related tasks.
- Proactively address challenges in the preparation or filing of the civil suit.
Eligibility
- Law graduate or currently enrolled in a recognized LLB program.
- Strong understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
- Proficient in legal drafting and research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior civil litigation experience and knowledge of Telangana court procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary/Stipend
₹2,500 per month.
