Details of the Job/Internship

ideaForge is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Mumbai. The candidate should've exposure to CLM tools and their functioning, basic knowledge of Contract Law, Drafting, etc.

Role and Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role entail:

1. Contract review and management.
2. Handling of CLM tool for digital execution of agreements.
3. Maintaining the tracker of various agreements, helping the team in legal research.
4. Coordination with internal functions on agreements such as NDA, SLA, etc.

Eligibility

Candidates who've recently completed their Law degree with experience of previous internships.
