Details of the Job/Internship
DMI Housing Finance is hiring a Panel Advocate on a contractual, on-site basis in Madhya Pradesh. The role involves representing the company in legal proceedings related to housing finance, handling property and loan documentation, resolving disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to housing finance matters.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct title searches and manage property documentation.
- Review, prepare, and manage loan agreements.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and property-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
- Expertise in title verification, property documentation, and legal drafting.
- Experience in analysing legal cases, providing legal opinions, and ensuring compliance with housing finance regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Madhya Pradesh.
- Experience in housing finance legal processes is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in dynamic environments.
