Details of the Job/Internship

Binance is hiring a Legal Associate – Litigation Support to join its legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team.
• Maintain and track all litigation matters.
• Handle small legal claims escalated to the legal team.
• Assist with third-party information requests.
• Support reporting of litigation matters to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in onboarding external counsels and managing related documentation and costs.
• Support litigation processes including discovery, data production, and witness preparation.
• Liaise with external counsels.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving team efficiency.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification from a common law jurisdiction.
• Previous legal experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-driven approach.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
