Details of the Job/Internship
Allstate is seeking an experienced Team Lead with 8+ years of expertise to manage paralegal operations in its Pune office, operating in a dynamic, hybrid US shift environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflows, team KPIs, and legal task execution.
- Coordinate client communication (e.g., new suits, trial confirmations).
- Draft and e-file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Manage discovery, expert depositions, and medical record follow-ups.
- Train and mentor new paralegals/admins.
- Collaborate on special projects (AI, paperless transition, compliance audits).
- Serve as point of contact for tools/vendors like Sharefile, Compex, TeamConnect.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
Eligibility
- Experience: 8+ years in US litigation/legal/paralegal operations.
- Proven leadership in team management and contact center operations.
- Familiarity with e-filing, discovery, client coordination, and legal drafting.
- Ability to multitask across legal and administrative domains.
- Strong communication and performance coaching skills.
