Details of the Job/Internship
Eternity Paralegal Services is hiring a Punjabi-speaking Paralegal / Legal Assistant with experience to join their team to support U.S.-based law firms. There are currently 2 open positions for this role, which requires working independently during U.S. business hours.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support U.S.-based law firms in various legal processes, including personal injury and civil litigation.
- Perform legal drafting, including preparing discovery responses and conducting document reviews.
- Utilize case management systems such as Filevine, Clio, or MyCase to manage files.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Punjabi to facilitate client and firm needs.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines within a fast-paced legal environment.
Eligibility
- Fluent in spoken Punjabi and possess a good command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work consistently during the US shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST).
- Strong attention to detail and proven time management skills.
- Preferred (not mandatory): Experience with U.S. legal discovery or personal injury processes.
