Details of the Job/Internship

Castellan Real Estate Partners is hiring a Remote Paralegal (US Real Estate Markets) with at least 2 years of experience to join their legal support team based in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Track updates on affordable housing regulations in California and other US states.
• Conduct legal research on real estate, data privacy, land use, and fair housing laws.
• Maintain legal databases and reference materials.
• Support pre-litigation processes and early-stage case assessments.
• Assist in regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal document tracking.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law (JD equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably with US-based firms or departments.
• Knowledge of California real estate and compliance laws.
• Experience with e-discovery and legal documentation.
• Strong research, writing, and time management skills.

Salary/Stipend
