Details of the Job/Internship

Real is hiring a Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience to join their Legal Department, specifically supporting the "One Real Mortgage" business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support mortgage licensing activities, including new applications and maintenance.
• Manage and implement compliance matters, including marketing material reviews.
• Draft accurate business letters, memorandums, and corporate presentations.
• Organize, index, and track large volumes of electronic and physical documents.
• Establish and maintain rigorous documentation and filing systems.
• Communicate across the company to gather and share information with internal and external contacts.
• Gaining thorough knowledge of company policies and people to support cross-functional teams.
• Execute project management tasks and other legal support duties as assigned.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Legal background is an advantage).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related legal or paralegal field.
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Digital Fluency: Willingness to learn and master new technology platforms.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive materials.
• Based in India and available for the IST night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
