Chhibber Law Firm (CLF) is hiring a full-time remote Paralegal Assistant to support its team of advocates in case preparation, legal drafting, and research work. The position is ideal for motivated law graduates or paralegal professionals seeking practical exposure in litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and briefs.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
• Manage and maintain case files, citations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, advocates, and clerks for case-related updates.
• Support in preparation for hearings and court filings.

Eligibility

• B.A. LL.B / LL.B / LL.M or completion of a Paralegal course from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of legal drafting, procedural laws, and research tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience or internship in litigation will be an advantage.
