Relay Human Cloud is looking for a candidate for the position of Paralegal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Loan Facility Management: You’ll assist in managing loan facilities and the legal processes involved, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Onboarding New Loans: From documentation to compliance, you’ll ensure that each new loan is properly handled, right from the start.
- Legal Paperwork: Prepare, review, and manage loan agreements, securities, and other financial documentation with precision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
- Legal Research: Keep yourself updated on laws and regulations to support the team in making informed decisions.
- Document Drafting: You’ll assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents to help the team meet its goals.
- Organized Record-Keeping: Maintain well-organized records of all loan-related documents, keeping everything accessible and up to date.
Eligibility
- You have a law degree (LLB) and at least one year of experience working on loan facilities and legal processes.
- You understand the ins and outs of legal documentation and loan onboarding procedures.
- You’re an excellent communicator and highly organized.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Your attention to detail ensures that every legal document you handle is accurate.
- You’re proficient with MS Office and legal research tools.
