Relay Human Cloud India is looking for a candidate for the position of Paralegal Assistant.
Role and Responsibilities
Loan On-boarding:-
- Assist in the onboarding of new loans, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information.
- Maintain and update loan records.
Paperwork Review:-
- Review and verify the accuracy of senior loan facility documents.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Legal Support:-
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports.
- Assist with legal presentations and meetings.
Communication:-
- Serve as a contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding loan documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and lenders.
Eligibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of paralegal experience focusing on loan documentation.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and loan documentation.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
