Details of the Job/Internship

Uplers is hiring a Paralegal Associate having experience of 1+ Years in Hybrid mode.

Mandatory Requirement:

• It is a Hybrid opportunity.
• Candidate needs to be flexible to work in flexible shifts based on the business needs of the Home or Office.
• Must be open for both desk and field jobs when required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend the legal queries from the clients and internal employees.
• Coordinate with external lawyers for internal and external legal suits and notices.
• Coordinate with Government Authorities and officials for external and/or internal affairs. 
• Vetting and drafting required legal documents like commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements vendor agreements.

Eligibility

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Diligence/Persistence with mindfulness and must be organized.
• Effective communication skills in English are a must (Reading, writing, and speaking)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets 
• Must have experience working with confidentiality agreements, service agreements, Nondisclosures, and other such legal agreements.
• Must have done LLB.
