Details of the Job/Internship

Volvo Group is hiring a Paralegal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting & reviewing legal agreement/contracts i.e., Service agreements (which shalinclude new agreements, renewals, amendments and termination etc.), Non-disclosure, lease andany other Agreements which shall include due diligence review in order to mitigate Company risk.
• Supporting in the Master list of Agreements forentire Volvo Group's contractual activities.
• Ensure that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.Legal & Compliances.
• Support in providing effective Local Legal Compliance supports to the various businesses and manage the relevant Compliance risk within VGIPL.
