BluFin Advisory Limited is hiring a Paralegal & Business Strategy Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their growing team.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Support:
- Draft, review, and analyze legal agreements, business contracts, and compliance materials.
- Maintain contract management systems and track documentation.
- Support due diligence and research on corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters.
Business Strategy & Operations:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing strategic business plans, proposals, and operational frameworks.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Translate legal and compliance requirements into actionable business strategies for cross-functional teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Paralegal certification preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in legal, compliance, consulting, or business strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of contracts, business documents, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent research, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with contract management or legal research tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
