Cprime, Inc is hiring for the position of Paralegal - Corporate Governance & RFP Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the preparation and submission of legally compliant responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Support governance functions and assist in monitoring company-wide compliance initiatives.
• Manage documentation and records for legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare, file, and track statutory documents with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Maintain corporate records, entity registrations, and minute books.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on corporate operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for RFPs and related documentation.
• Draft and maintain standard legal documents and templates.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research as needed.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an RFP, legal compliance, or cross-functional business enablement role.
• Proven experience in entity management and RFP response processes.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance documentation.
• Business acumen with the ability to bridge compliance and commercial needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal document management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working independently while supporting team deliverables.

Salary/Stipend
