Synergia Legal is offering a long-term internship for a Paralegal (Corporate Laws) in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research in corporate laws, securities laws and contracts laws;
• Drafting and vetting of commercial contracts;
• Assisting in legal due diligence;
• Writing legal articles; and
• Assisting in negotiations.

Eligibility

• Pursuing under-graduate in law or is at least an under-graduate in law.
• Law and Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Research and Document Review skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in corporate law or related field is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
