Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research in corporate laws, securities laws and contracts laws.
- Drafting and vetting of commercial contracts.
- Assisting in legal due diligence.
- Writing legal articles.
- Assisting in negotiations.
Eligibility
- Pursuing under-graduate in law or is at least an under-graduate in law.
- Law and Legal Document Preparation skills.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Research and Document Review skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in corporate law or related field is a plus.
