AEJ Consulting Ltd is hiring a Paralegal for an Employment Law Training Contract to join its Legal & People Operations team in West London. The role offers a fully funded SQE qualification pathway and hands-on exposure to employment law and commercial contracts in an in-house setting, supporting UK headquarters and international entities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting UK and cross-border employment contracts and policy frameworks.
- Assisting with dispute resolution, grievances, and tribunal preparation.
- Working on restrictive covenants and shareholder agreements.
- Supporting global mobility and international taxation considerations.
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB), GDL, or equivalent qualification with a minimum 2:1 grade.
- Graduate from a Russell Group university within the last 3 years.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to full-time, office-based work in West London, Monday to Friday.
- Academic or practical experience in employment law.
- Exposure to commercial contract drafting or review.
- Previous legal internship or paralegal experience.
