Bugle Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Paralegal Executive with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and advisory reports.
- Maintain and organise legal files and documentation.
- Liaise with clients and manage client communication.
- Utilise online databases and legal resources for case preparation.
- Use LLM tools like ChatGPT for drafting, research, and enhancing legal content.
- Assist attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institution.
- Additional certifications in paralegal studies or legal research are a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Experience in an advisory or corporate legal environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indian legal systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and online databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using LLM tools like ChatGPT for legal drafting, vetting, and research.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adept with internet research and legal databases such as Manupatra and SCC Online.
- Proficient in using office software and legal management software.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms for legal research and document preparation.
