Details of the Job/Internship

Lumenci is hiring for the position of Paralegal Executive to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and support negotiation of NDAs, contracts, and other third-party legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, including case law analysis and support for IP-related and litigation matters.
• Organize and maintain corporate records, legal case files, and confidential documentation.
• Assist in corporate governance, including preparing board materials, drafting minutes, and researching applicable regulations.
• Coordinate communication and scheduling across internal teams, clients, executives, and expert witnesses.
• Support the preparation and execution of legal documents, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Track project timelines and ensure alignment across stakeholders to maintain efficiency and legal compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A genuine interest in intellectual property, tech law, or litigation.
• Experience in a legal, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Coursework or certification in paralegal studies.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, IP law, or contract management.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and case management systems.

Salary/Stipend
