Details of the Job/Internship
MS IT Consultant is hiring for the position of Paralegal Executive with 2+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct and summarize legal research.
- Maintain and update the contract management database.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and data privacy (e.g., UK GDPR).
- Collaborate with external counsel and internal departments.
- Support corporate governance and company secretarial activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely legal documentation and filing.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Strong knowledge of UK commercial law, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
