Bugle Technologies is hiring a Paralegal Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct extensive legal research on Indian statutes, corporate laws, and regulatory updates.
• Maintain and manage physical and digital legal repositories to ensure high-speed retrieval.
• Assist in the preparation of advisory reports and compliance checklists for startup clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Tech) to ensure legal alignment across projects.
• Monitor litigation timelines and support attorneys in preparing for court proceedings or arbitrations.
• Utilize legal databases and AI tools to streamline research and document vetting processes.
• Manage professional correspondence with clients and external legal counsel.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Strong understanding of the Indian legal system and corporate procedures.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in using AI/LLM tools for legal research and document preparation.
• Adept with office software (MS Office Suite, Google Docs) and legal management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Certifications in paralegal studies or specialized legal research are a significant advantage.
