Details of the Job/Internship
Honeywell is hiring a Paralegal II with relevent experience to join their Legal department at their Bangalore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide customer and business function support.
- Conduct due diligence and assist in risk assessments.
- Prepare legal documents, reports, and compliance materials.
- Train business teams on legal guidelines and best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Regularly update and maintain legal guidelines.
- Manage legal filing systems and documentation.
- Handle patent awards administration.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance laws across multiple countries.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bangalore, Karnataka, India Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizational structure.
- PMP certification (preferred).
