Details of the Job/Internship

Amartya Legal is hiring for the position of Paralegal Intern  to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and filing trademark applications (India & international).
• Responding to examination reports.
• Conducting trademark availability searches.
• Assisting with WIPO filings under the Madrid Protocol.
• Managing IP portfolios, databases, and deadlines.
• Coordinating with clients and trademark offices.
• Supporting general legal and administrative tasks related to IP.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law student (or final-year candidate in an integrated law program).
• Demonstrated interest in Indian and International Trademark Law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and online legal research tools.
