Details of the Job/Internship

Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring a Paralegal IPR Officer to join their office in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research for patent and IPR-related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable IPR laws and regulations, managing documentation of filings and deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of legal documents.
• Conduct research to support patent and IPR-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with IPR laws and regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation of IPR filings and deadlines.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Strong foundation in laws and regulations related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and their applications.
• Experience in legal document preparation and document review.
• Excellent research and communication skills to support IPR processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills for managing legal documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Law or related fields.
• Experience in the technology or innovation sector, preferably with exposure to patent processes, is an added advantage.
