Details of the Job/Internship
Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring a Paralegal IPR Officer with relevant experience to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle filings of patents and designs and manage related activities.
- Maintain docketing systems and monitor deadlines.
- File patent applications, including provisional, complete, divisional, conventional, and PCT national phase applications.
- Draft and file responses to FER, hearing responses, and manage renewals.
- • File design applications and responses to FER issued by the design office.
- Prepare and file various statutory forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients through emails and calls, and manage communications.
- Track deadlines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor patent portfolios and seek client approvals for renewals and compliance.
- Prepare documents for international filings and coordinate with foreign jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- Knowledge and experience in IPR law and patent filing documentation.
- Proficiency in research and document review.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in IPR Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in IPR or technology-related legal work is a plus.
