Details of the Job/Internship
Envoy Global is hiring an Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience in US employment-based immigration.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle US employment-based visa processing including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1
- Manage dependent/derivative cases, AOS, advance parole, work authorizations
- Draft and process H1B petitions and Green Card filings
- Prepare and file LCAs with the Department of Labor (DOL)
- Maintain case records and provide regular client updates
- Track USCIS updates and immigration law changes
- Identify process improvements and coordinate with internal tech teams
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in US employment-based immigration
- Strong hands-on experience in H1B & Green Card petition drafting
- Experience working in high-volume immigration law firm environments preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
