Details of the Job/Internship

A-One Gold Steel is hiring for the position of Paralegal to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in trademark searches and clearance processes.
• Prepare and file trademark applications and renewals.
• Maintain and manage trademark portfolios and databases.
• Conduct research on trademark use and infringement issues.
• Prepare reports and documents for trademark prosecution.
• Preparing and responding to Office Actions and Notices of Opposition.
• Monitoring and managing the status of trademark portfolios.
• Preparing and submitting evidence in support of opposition and cancellation proceedings.
• Prepare and file copyright applications and renewals.

• Law skills.
• Legal Document Preparation skills.
• Communication skills.
• Research skills.
• Document Review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
