Details of the Job/Internship
AccSource is hiring a Paralegal to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage in the contract formation process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Analyze and interpret will instruction documents, expert reports, statements, and contracts.
- Review, draft, and manage real estate contracts and leases for critical terms and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and draft content to support contract development and legal processes.
- Prepare first drafts of wills, power of attorneys, and enduring guardianships accurately and thereafter ensure they are ready for execution
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/ BA LLB/ BBA LLB) or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes related to contracts and wills.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using client-specified software and digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus.
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management systems.
- Prior experience working with international clients, stakeholders, and law firms is desirable.
- Experience working in the LPO sector.
- Experience in handling lease agreements and property-related documentation.
