Aditi Consulting is hiring a Paralegal to support its legal function team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the legal team with contract-related and corporate legal matters.
- Work with internal clients across different seniority levels.
- Assist with legal workflows, documentation, and contract analysis.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Eligibility
- University degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate legal department or as a law firm paralegal.
- Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management system, preferably Conga, is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable working in a global, distributed team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Understanding of licensing data, technology products, or software services is desirable.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts is a plus.
