Details of the Job/Internship
Allstate India Private Limited is hiring a Team Leader – Paralegal with over 8 years of experience to join their legal team in Pune or Bangalore. The role involves overseeing a legal support team, managing US litigation processes, and ensuring high-quality legal service delivery during US shifts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create a productive and supportive work environment with high employee engagement.
- Ensure team alignment with business objectives, processes, and results.
- Review employee work quality through file reviews and sit-alongs.
- Manage staff performance and administer HR policies.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career guidance.
- Monitor staffing levels and balance workloads.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare new suits, draft and e-file legal documents.
- Respond to discovery requests and manage complex record collection.
- Coordinate medical and billing reviews.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- 8+ years of experience in US litigation/legal operations.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Legal Admin and Paralegal functions.
- Experience in team management and performance coaching.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage conflict effectively.
