Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Paralegal & Junior Advocate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research on intellectual property matters.
• Drafting legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and affidavits.
• Managing client files, deadlines, and IPR filings.
• Assisting in IPR portfolio management and litigation support.
• Representing clients in IPR hearings and court proceedings.
• Providing legal advice and assisting in settlement negotiations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent qualification, with knowledge of IPR law preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and client interaction skills.
• Experience in IPR litigation support.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
